Return Window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be included
• Items marked as non-returnable (if any) will be specified on the product page

Refund Process
After we receive and review your return, you’ll be notified of the outcome.

• Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are made back to your original payment method
• Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect
