Can I change the email address on my order?

Yes! To make the changes, please email our Customer Service with your order number, the original email address, and the new email address. We can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address once you've provided the correct information.

Can I modify my order after placement?

No, unfortunately, you cannot modify your order after placement.

What should I do if I receive an order that is not mine?

Please send an email to our Customer Care team with your order number, images of the stamped initial or number on the outside of your envelope or box, the order packing slip with the stamped initial clearly visible, and a photo of the goods you actually received. Be aware that you have 14 days after delivery to report any issues with your order.

What should I do if I receive a broken item?

Within 14 days after delivery, please get in touch with our customer care staff so we can assist you further.

How long do discount codes work?

Every discount code will have an expiration date when it is issued, allowing you to plan your shopping accordingly.

How do I use PayPal for payment?

Please choose the PayPal option when entering your payment information during checkout. You will be taken to PayPal to complete your order.

Do you offer samples of your products?

Unfortunately, ECTrends does not offer samples of the products.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Currently, we do not offer any discounts for bulk orders, but we may consider it in the future.
